Primal Sound creates connected, energised teams through rhythm, sound and practical skills for wellbeing.

We deliver corporate teambuilding and wellbeing experiences that bring conferences, away days, leadership retreats and workplace wellbeing programmes to life.

We are trusted by organisations including Microsoft, Barclays, National Grid, Belmond, DLA Piper, the NHS and the University of Birmingham, and are known for creating warm, inclusive experiences that people continue talking about long after the event has ended.

Whether you're looking to lift energy after lunch, strengthen team connection, reduce stress or create a standout conference experience, we'll help you create an event that's engaging, memorable and tailored to your objectives.

Our core experiences include:

🪘 African Drumming – High-energy, inclusive sessions that build connection, communication, confidence and team spirit.

🎶 Boomwhackers – The Instant Orchestra – Playful, colourful musical experiences that quickly engage conference audiences and large groups.

🌿 Immersive Soundbath Experiences – Musician-crafted experiences with guided relaxation, beautiful live sound and a gentle reawakening to help people deeply relax and recharge.

💚 Calm Within – Practical Skills for Calm, Focus & Resilience – Evidence-informed techniques including breathwork, body awareness and sensory grounding that help participants lower stress in daily life.

🧘 Restorative Movement – Gentle yoga and Qi Gong practices that ease tension, improve focus and support workplace wellbeing.

Experiences can be delivered individually or combined to create bespoke programmes tailored to your event, team or organisation.
