Michael J Martini

Michael J Martini has extensive experience in global operations and logistics. Michael J started their career at Albany International in 2005 as an Operations Manager, overseeing production, safety, and quality. Michael J then joined Albany International-PrimaLoft in 2007 as a QC & RM Manager, responsible for quality control and raw material management. In 2012, Martini transitioned to PrimaLoft, Inc. as a Director of Global Operations & Logistics, where they developed and managed relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers, purchased raw materials, and managed logistics. Michael J was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Operations.

Michael J Martini has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Management from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School. Michael J also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from The Sage Colleges-Sage College of Albany. In 2021, they enrolled in the MIT Sloan School of Management to pursue a Certificate in Supply Chain Strategy and Management. Additionally, they plan to attend Harvard Business School in 2023 to earn an Executive Education Certificate in Agile Organizations.
