Jesse Spring

Jesse Spring serves as President & CEO and Board Member at Primary Engineering and Construction since June 2008, where responsibilities include establishing corporate vision and strategy. Previously held the position of Vice President of BC Operations, leading departmental restructuring efforts that enhanced staff morale, client satisfaction, and profitability. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Interior BC Operations, Manager of Kelowna Operations, Intermediate Electrical Distribution Engineer, and Junior Electrical Distribution Engineer, where various business lines were developed and customer relationships were strengthened. Prior to Primary Engineering and Construction, Jesse worked as a Quotations Specialist at GE and as a Junior Validation Engineer at Intel Corporation. Jesse holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary, earned between 2002 and 2007.
