Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor, CUSP, currently serves as the Senior Advisor of Corporate Services and previously held the positions of Director of Safety and Human Resources and Human Resources and Safety Advisor at Primary Engineering and Construction since February 2020. Prior to this, Mark spent significant time at ENMAX Power Corporation, where responsibilities included leading the Field Resource Development team to enhance trades training, safety, and quality management as the Director of Field Resource Development from 2012 to October 2019. Earlier roles at ENMAX included Manager of Civil Works, where Mark focused on safety culture and budget management, and Manager of Labor Relations, overseeing labor negotiations and employee relations. Mark's educational background includes certifications in Utility Safety, Labor and Industrial Relations from Queen's University, and General Management from the University of Calgary.
