Thomas Howell

Thomas Howell, P.Eng. has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager at Primary Engineering and Construction since October 2021. Prior to this, Thomas held roles as Lead Product Manager and Associate Product Manager at KIXEYE from March 2019 to September 2021. Thomas briefly retired in February 2019 and previously worked at Primary Engineering and Construction Corporation from August 2012 to February 2019 in various management positions. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Victoria.
