Joe Lerner started their career in 1997 as the President of International Gaming Systems, Inc. Joe was with that company for 5 years before joining Bally Technologies as their Director of Research in November of 2008. Joe Lerner was with Bally Technologies for just over 3 years before joining PRIMARY ARMS, LLC in September of 2011.
