Fatima Engineer

Fatima Engineer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fatima is currently the Director of Client Success and Operations at Primary.Health, where they have been working since November 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager at the same company.

Before joining Primary.Health, Fatima worked as a Finance Account Manager at Merrill Lynch from January 2020 to December 2020. Fatima also has experience in international operations and project management from their time at Cleveland Clinic in 2019.

In 2018, Fatima worked as a Project Manager at Samsung Electronics. Prior to that, they gained experience in behavioral case management at FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Fatima also worked as a Behavioral Consulting Therapist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) from June 2012 to January 2015.

Fatima's earlier work experience includes roles as a Medical Scribe at Interventional Cardiology Medical Group in 2011 and a Marketing Assistant at Swartwood Preparatory Course from March 2011 to May 2012.

Fatima Engineer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of California, Riverside in the years 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also spent a semester at Universidad de Granada, where they focused on the history, politics, language, and culture of Spain.

In 2014 to 2015, Fatima pursued a Post Bacc Science Certificate in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at UCLA. Following this, they attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Master's degree in Medical Physiology.

Fatima then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Management and Operations at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2018 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Fatima completed the Applied Behavior Analysis program in June 2012. Fatima obtained the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from First Steps For Kids in July 2014. In February 2015, they obtained the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification from First Steps For Kids. Lastly, in June 2020, Fatima completed the Creating Interactive Dashboards in Tableau course offered by LinkedIn.
