Fatima Engineer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fatima is currently the Director of Client Success and Operations at Primary.Health, where they have been working since November 2022. In 2014 to 2015, Fatima pursued a Post Bacc Science Certificate in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at UCLA. Following this, they attended Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Master's degree in Medical Physiology.

Fatima then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Management and Operations at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2018 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Fatima completed the Applied Behavior Analysis program in June 2012. Fatima obtained the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from First Steps For Kids in July 2014. In February 2015, they obtained the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification from First Steps For Kids. Lastly, in June 2020, Fatima completed the Creating Interactive Dashboards in Tableau course offered by LinkedIn.
