Primary Care Research Northern Ireland (PCRNI) has recently been established to support research delivery in NI General Practice / Primary Care. Our growing multi-disciplinary team works across NI to help patients and healthcare staff get involved in Research.

Best clinical practice relies on having the best possible evidence – and this is generated through quality research. Over 90% of patient contacts occur in General Practice, making it the ideal environment to recruit diverse populations. This ensures that research truly represent real-world care, benefitting patients as much as possible.
