David Spear

David Spear has over 10 years of operational management and strategic leadership experience. David is currently working as the Head of Data and Insights at Primary Connect and also holds the position of Data Excellence Manager. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Project Manager at Woolworths Group. David has a diverse range of experience, having worked as a Consultant at Dibbs Consulting where they specialized in small business consultancy across various industries. David also served as a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst at Eli Lilly and Company, where they were involved in process re-engineering, stakeholder management, and project management. David has held management positions in other organizations such as Isagenix Australia & NZ and Love Living Home Shopping. David has also worked as a General Manager and Operations Manager at the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors. Additionally, David has experience in information systems management and software development, having worked as an Information Systems Manager at Homecare Direct Shopping and as a Software Developer/Account Manager at Full Circle Australasia Pty Ltd. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated a strong ability to drive business growth, manage resources, and implement strategic initiatives.

David Spear attended Wilson's Grammar School from 1984 to 1992 for their secondary education. David then attended Wilson's Grammar School VIth Form from 1990 to 1992, although no degree or field of study is provided for this period. David further pursued their education at the University of Roehampton, Roehampton Froebel College, and Roehampton Institute of Higher Education (Surrey University) from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching Studies and Geography, with supplementary Mathematics and Science courses.
