Jean Ross, RN

Jean Ross, RN, currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Primary Record since July 2020 and has been managing household responsibilities and raising children while transitioning into a nursing career since May 2008. Ross founded KayBee.Us in August 2016, aiming to support adults over 80 in aging at home. Additionally, involvement as a co-host on the Hidden Patient Podcast from August 2019 to March 2021 focused on caregiver experiences. With extensive nursing experience, Ross worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Indiana University Health from May 2005 to July 2016, held various nursing roles in ICU settings, and supervised patient financial services prior to honing skills in human resources by recruiting 120 nurses for a new hospital. Jean holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Indiana University Indianapolis, a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
