T Wood

T Wood is a dedicated educational leader currently serving as the headteacher of a primary school, where they focus on improving learning environments and student wellbeing. Previously, T held the position of headteacher at an infant school, transforming it from the lowest 5% to the top 7% in the country and achieving outstanding KS1 results for two consecutive years. T has been recognized with the Pearson Wellbeing Commendation Award in 2022 and serves as a NPQLBC facilitator and Mental Health First Aider, demonstrating a commitment to fostering positive mental health and learning behaviors. They earned a Bachelor of Education in Primary Education from Birmingham City University from 2004 to 2009.
