Primary Spine Institute is a corrective spine clinic redefining modern spinal healthcare.

We specialize in scoliosis management, spinal degeneration, and structural correction through a medically grounded, outcomes-driven approach rooted in objective diagnostics, precision biomechanics, and measurable structural change.

We are certified providers of ScoliBrace® & ScoliBalance®, delivering customized bracing and rehabilitation programs designed to influence curve progression and protect long-term spinal integrity.

Our methodology is based in Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP), an evidence-informed system focused on restoring optimal spinal alignment and ligament stability. Care begins with comprehensive posture and biomechanical analysis, including full-spine digital radiography, followed by a structured corrective program combining targeted adjustments, customized traction, and progressive rehabilitation.

This is not symptom-based chiropractic care. We do not provide routine, temporary relief.

Each case follows a defined beginning, middle, and end, with re-evaluations and objective outcome tracking to document structural improvement.

Clinical focus includes:
• Scoliosis
• Disc degeneration
• Chronic neck and back pain
• Radiculopathy
• Postural syndromes

We work with patients who have been told to “wait and monitor” or who feel they have exhausted conventional options, collaborating with medical providers and allied specialists to ensure responsible, comprehensive care.

Our environment reflects our standard: refined, modern, and intentionally designed to deliver a private, elevated patient experience.

Founded by a husband-and-wife team, Primary Spine Institute was built on one principle: spinal structure determines lifelong function.

Corrective at our core. Intentional. Elite in execution.

The new standard in spinal rehabilitation.
