Jamie Sterrett

As Primary’s VP of Talent, Jamie helps portfolio companies thoughtfully build and scale their teams.

Jamie has been working in the NYC startup talent space for the last decade. She spent almost 8 years at SeatGeek where, after spending a year in sales, she had the opportunity to start, scale, and lead the recruiting function. In her time at SeatGeek, the team grew from 15 to 500+ globally. Most recently, Jamie led Talent Acquisition at Orchard, a company in the residential real estate space. She helped them thoughtfully scale their talent practices and enabled the company to grow from 300 to 1,000 employees in just 18 months.
