Jon Silverman

Jon Silverman currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Innovation at Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc., focusing on new product development and business opportunities across various beverage categories. In addition, Jon is an Expert for Primary Venture Partners, contributing insights to portfolio companies. Previously, Jon held senior roles at Grove Collaborative, managing the owned brands portfolio, and at Foodfight/Stones Food Inc, overseeing the Curtis Stone brand. Jon's extensive experience at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. spanned nearly 14 years, where significant contributions included strategic leadership in global sourcing, procurement, and retail operations. Early career experience includes roles in product development and web management at Loyalty Media and Ask.com. Jon holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College and continues education at The Culinary Institute of America.
