As the Founder of AceBrooks Consulting since 2022, Lara specializes in guiding early-stage CEOs and founders toward achieving product-market fit and scaling. Concurrently, Lara provides strategic counsel as an Advisor at Act One Ventures and is a member of the Primary Expert Network at Primary Venture Partners, offering mentorship to C-level executives. With a robust background as the Chief Revenue Officer at DailyPay, Inc., and prior roles at Paycom and American Achievement Corporation, Lara has a proven track record in leading revenue organizations, developing strategic initiatives, and investing in early-stage companies, especially those led by female founders.
