Laurence Dworkin, CFA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and FinTech. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Capital One since June 2025, Laurence is also a Founding Member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners and the Founder and CEO of Caeruleus Group, LLC, providing strategic advisory to senior leaders in the industry. Previous roles include Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Laurence led fintech partnerships and pricing innovation initiatives. Prior to that, Laurence held key positions at PGIM, Credit Suisse, and Cornerstone Research, with a strong focus on strategy, financial management, and operational excellence.
