Marcela Sapone

Marcela Sapone is an experienced business leader currently serving as an Incubation Venture Partner at Primary Venture Partners since January 2025. Previously, Marcela co-founded Alfred, where Marcela held the roles of Executive Chair and CEO from March 2015 to September 2023, notably leading the company to recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World in 2018 and in Real Estate in 2019 and 2020. Marcela also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at LEGACY INVESTING from November 2023 to January 2025, focusing on infrastructure and technology development. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates and as an Associate at American Securities Capital Partners. Marcela holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and specialized in AI and Machine Learning with MIT Professional Education.
