Melissa (Missy) Leiting is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in high-growth sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Operations, Finance, and Planning at Beyond Type 1 since February 2023, Melissa also contributes as an Advisor and former COO at Zeel, a founding member of the company recognized in the Inc. 500. Active in professional networks, Melissa is a member of the Operators Guild and works as a Startup Mentor with the German Accelerator.
