Michael Krafft

Michael Krafft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and design. Currently serving as the Head of Product & Design at FoundersCard since April 2025, Krafft also provides strategic guidance as an Expert for Primary Venture Partners. Prior roles include Vice President of Product & Design at NinjaTrader, where leadership of a 25-person team enhanced a leading futures trading platform, and Vice President & Head of Consumer Product & Design at TrueML, where innovations transformed debt resolution for over 25 million consumers. At Alight Solutions, Krafft led digital experiences for more than 30 million users and oversaw a $3 billion SaaS business. His tenure at American Express includes significant achievements in digital commerce, including launching major partnerships and increasing customer lifetime value. Michael Krafft holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Tufts University.
