Seth Nachimson

Seth Nachimson is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Of Staff and Head of Operations at Virtual Facility since 2021, a company focused on minimizing unplanned downtime for critical facilities and acquired by TMA Systems in 2025. In 2025, Seth founded Nak Labs, a startup consultancy and ideas incubator. Additionally, Seth is a founding member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners and served as an Executive Customer Board Member at Justworks from 2022 to 2025. Previous experience includes working on special projects at Simon Data from 2016 to 2020, where the focus was on utilizing data for effective marketing. Seth's early contributions to Simon also included business development and sales, playing a key role in scaling go-to-market processes and teams. Academically, Seth holds a double degree in Geology and Vocal Performance from Oberlin College and has partial completion of a Master's Degree in Renaissance polyphony from the University of York.
