Shwetha Arya possesses extensive experience in the venture capital and startup sectors. Currently serving as an Expert at Primary Venture Partners since July 2025, Shwetha provides strategic guidance to the investment team and portfolio founders. As a Menlo Fellow at Menlo Ventures since March 2024, Shwetha continues to deepen involvement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Shwetha co-founded and led JustCoach as CEO from January 2024 to January 2025. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager for Convoy Inc from January 2018 to January 2022 and Vice President & General Manager at Managed by Q from January 2015 to January 2018, where the company was acquired by WeWork. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Finance, Marketing, and International Business, along with a Minor in French from Indiana University Bloomington.
