Zach Ehrlich

Zach Ehrlich is an accomplished executive in the real estate and technology sectors, currently serving as CEO of Neue Urban since 2020, where the firm focuses on leveraging data science and analytics to enhance returns in real estate. As a Founder Fellow at Primary Venture Partners, Ehrlich contributes valuable insights and experience. Previously, Ehrlich co-founded and led Stoop, an innovative platform aimed at optimizing the residential leasing process, from June 2018 to December 2020. With a background as the founder of Mdrn., which built a prominent sales and leasing platform in New York City, and as a founding associate at DDG, involved in managing extensive project development portfolios, Ehrlich also gained early experience as an analyst at Hines Interests. Ehrlich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics from New York University.
