Michael Rawdan

Michael Rawdan, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Billing Operations at Primary Health Medical Group since September 2024, following a career that includes significant leadership roles in various organizations. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Boise State University since August 2012, Michael teaches Strategic Management, International Business, and Healthcare Operational Finance at both Bachelor's and Graduate levels. Prior experience encompasses serving as Head of Operations at Upstream Rehabilitation, Health System Senior Director of Revenue Cycle & Patient Experience at St. Luke's Health System, and multiple leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Capital One. Michael holds a PhD in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Tampa.
