PrimaryPlus

The Lewis County Primary Care Center (LCPCC) was founded in 1983 with a strong founding mission to bring advanced, affordable healthcare to the underserved areas of Northeastern Kentucky and surrounding communities. Since our humble beginnings as a non-profit, federally qualified health center, our organization has grown to operate 6 family health centers, 2 women’s health facilities, 4 on-site pharmacies, and 2 dental centers. As the parent company to each of these facilities, LCPCC also works closely with the most advanced physicians throughout the region to bring “big city” services closer to home—making health care more convenient and more affordable for our patients. Our organization plans to continue in the path of our past foot prints—growing and expanding for the good of our patients. This growth and energetic, progressive attitude led LCPCC to rebrand the multiple facility names and simplify to a more convenient name-- PrimaryPlus in the fall of 2006. The name change has made it easier for our patients to recognize us as an entire network, not individual sites. The name, PrimaryPlus , references all that our organization stands for from the basics of primary care for the entire family to the added comprehensive services we offer through additional sites and collaborations. PrimaryPlus stands strong on its founding missions and values of its parent company, Lewis County Primary Care Center. Our winning equation involves: friendly, familiar faces PLUS a comprehensive range of advanced services for the entire family PLUS affordable payment options PLUS experience, compassionate medical providers. We invite you to explore our site and discover all the PrimaryPlus has to offer.
