Simon Baxter

Simon Baxter is the Owner and Head of Real Estate at Primas, where they focus on expanding the firm's commercial offerings to include development and real estate, along with managing a new office in Manchester. With extensive experience in delivering legal and commercial solutions for large-scale developments, Simon specializes in planning agreements and general commercial property advice, handling both landlord and tenant matters. Prior to their current role, Simon served in various positions, including Director at Boote Edgar Esterkin Limited and Head of Real Estate at Primas Law Limited. Simon holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hull and completed a CPE/LPC in Law at Northumbria University.
