Prime Bank Foundation (PBF) is a private Bangladeshi development organization committed to support people from all walks of life, especially the underprivileged people of the country. Formed in 2002, it has been functioning as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) wing of Prime Bank PLC. PBF primarily directs its support to underprivileged, underserved and hard-to-reach communities/social segments focusing more on their education and health however, with its programme and entities, it has been continuously making an impact on the lives of mass people positively. 

We believe that our services should be: 
	Available: resourced to cover the priority target population. 
	Accessible: sensitive to the cultural environment and designed to ensure they are equally accessible to the targeted community. 
	Affordable: where a cost recovery mechanism is introduced, fees for services should be structured in such a way as not to exclude anyone on the basis of affordability, even with the provision of a safety net for those who based on evidence cannot pay but need the services. 
	Acceptable: services of a quality that are acceptable to the community served
