Currently serving as Vice President of Regional Construction at Prime Data Centers, Ellen has previously held significant roles at companies such as Google, Apple, and Salesforce, where they managed large-scale campus development projects. Ellen also contributes as a member of the Advisory Council for the Pacific Telecommunications Council and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Women in Data Center 2025. Ellen earned a Master's degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Shandong University of Science and Technology.
