Nate Weeks

Nate Weeks, MBA, is the Director of Project Managers at Prime Machine, where they emphasize a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. They served as General Manager Manufacturing at Northrop Grumman from 2018 to 2023, leading the design and manufacturing of various composite structures. Prior to that, Nate was a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer at OrbitalATK from 2006 to 2018, overseeing the production processes for complex aerospace components. Their career began as an Operations Manager at Epic Oil, INC from 2002 to 2008. Nate holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Weber State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
