Tom Naratil

Tom Naratil is an Operating Partner at Lightyear Capital, where they focus on creating value in asset and wealth management. They have extensive experience in financial services, having spent 39 years at UBS, most recently as Co-President of Global Wealth Management and President of UBS Americas. Tom served on the Executive Board of UBS Group AG and held various senior management roles, including Group CFO and COO. In addition to their role at Lightyear, Tom is a member of multiple boards, including Wren Sterling, KKR, and Allworth Financial, and serves as a Finance Senior Fellow at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University and an MBA in Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
