Prime Properties' strategy is based on direct investment in targeted real estate assets, located in the eurozone and Switzerland, in order to achieve attractive returns, notably through active and sustainable management via its various sub-funds. Each sub-fund has its own investment policy, but all share the same principles and values.
The Fund's objective is to invest in a reasoned way in mainly residential real estate projects, applying strict selection criteria. Its aim is to optimize the management of the selected projects, in complete independence from the major financial groups, and to ensure the growth and profitability of the assets through a long-term strategy.
Prime Properties has developed a real estate portfolio worth over €1 billion and has managed over €2 billion of real estate assets in Europe over the past 15 years.
