Prime Therapy Services is a private psychotherapy practice with fully licensed therapists who are here to support you.  We specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and have created our own workbook that we will guide you through as part of our Group Therapy or in individual sessions.  We've built our practice with the understanding that healing happens through compassion and connection.  

We're here to meet you where you are.  We offer sessions in-person at our Bedminster, NJ office, or via telehealth.  We also offer individual and group therapy, and you don't need to be a patient of Prime's to attend any of our groups. You deserve a space where you'll feel safe, seen, and supported, no matter who you are or where you are along your healing journey.
