Primech is a specialist mechanical and electrical design and build contractor, with a strong focus on retrofit and upgrade projects across existing buildings and live environments.

As a trusted Principal Contractor, our core business is the delivery of complex M&E retrofit schemes; from early-stage design and technical development through to installation, commissioning and handover, often within occupied, operational sites.

Alongside this, Primech also operates an established hard facilities management division, providing planned and reactive building services maintenance to a long-standing customer base.

Our organisation brings together experienced designers, project managers, engineers and site delivery teams across both divisions. Working collaboratively with our clients, we deliver cost-effective solutions, safe outcomes and consistently high standards.

We take pride in our commitment to sustainability, safety, and reliability, ensuring that every solution we deliver is energy-efficient, compliant with regulations, and built to last. By combining cutting-edge technology with practical experience, we continue to lead the way in M&E contracting, creating spaces that work for everyone.

Our core services include:
•	Principal Contractor for turnkey delivery solutions
•	Full M&E Design & Build
•	Project Management & Co-ordination
•	Installations & Commissioning
•	Energy Efficiency Solutions
•	Preventative Maintenance & Aftercare

At Primech, we don’t just build systems – we build lasting partnerships, working closely with our clients to ensure we understand their vision and deliver on time and within budget whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
