Stephan Berendsen is the founder and managing director of BBG Entertainment. In 2001 he also founded the gaming company Living Mobile.

Within 3 years Living Mobile became one of the top 10 mobile gaming companies in Europe. The Walt Disney Company acquired Living Mobile in November 2015.

Stephan Berendsen has many years of experience as a business angel, is a member of the investment committee of the Bayern Kapital innovation fund, and founder of RVS Datentechnik GmbH / Living Byte Software GmbH, the world's leading ISDN software company.
