Juana Mata

Juana Mata, SHRM-CP, serves as an HRIS Analyst at PrimeFlight Aviation Services since January 2025. Previously, Juana held positions at U.S. Silica Company from May 2021 to January 2025, initially as HRIS, Analyst I, and later as HRIS Coordinator, focusing on HR Information System data management and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Coordinator at LiuGong North America, handling resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Juana also served as HR Coordinator III at Yokogawa from September 2012 to October 2019, providing support across various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
