Steven Hale

Steven Hale, MBA, CPA, is an accomplished accounting and finance leader with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as the Corporate Controller at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, they have previously held senior financial roles at companies such as INEOS and Atlantic Methanol Production Company, where they managed significant budgets and led teams in financial planning and reporting. Hale's expertise in internal controls and financial efficiency was instrumental during a multi-billion-dollar acquisition they spearheaded. They are pursuing an MBA in Leadership from The University of Findlay and hold a BA in Accounting & Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
