Ed Bancroft is currently a Partner at Copperbox Leadership Advisory, where Ed serves as an Executive Coach. With over two decades of experience, Ed is also the President of Bancroft Consulting, Inc. Ed has held various leadership roles at companies such as Mercer HR Consulting and Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Ed is known for providing onboarding services to senior executives at PrimeGenesis. Ed holds a BA in Economics from Lake Forest College, an MA in Urban Studies from Loyola University Chicago, and has received specialized training from Harvard Business School and National Training Laboratories (NTL).
