Technical Support Specialist, Synchr at PrimePay

Ajata Iddrisu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2013, they worked as a P.E Tutor at City of Refuge Ministries. From 2013 to 2017, they also served as an Impact One member at CORM Ghana. In 2018, Ajata volunteered at Be2live in Mexico, where they coordinated project sites, led small group sessions, and prepared for trips. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Park University's Information Technology Help Desk. At UGA Finance in 2021, they held roles as an Account Services Representative, Client Support Administrator, and Contact Center Team Lead. In 2022, Ajata worked as a Copy Center assistant at Park University, and later that year, became a Graduate Assistant IT. Currently, they are employed at PrimePay as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist for SyncHR.

Ajata Iddrisu completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Management, at Park University from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Information System and Business Analytics at Park University, which began in 2022 and is expected to end in 2023. In addition to their academic achievements, Ajata obtained a certification in Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) from Cisco in January 2023.
