Dan Krupansky

Dan Krupansky has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Dan is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at PrimePay since November 2021, where they are responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and hiring candidates for open positions. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at PrimePay from May 2012 to November 2021, where they conducted interviews, wrote job descriptions, and conducted background screening of candidates.

Before joining PrimePay, Dan worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Just Enough HR from July 2011 to April 2012. In this role, they sourced, screened, and interviewed potential candidates for multiple companies and implemented HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Dan also has experience as a Director of Recruitment (Contractor) at Snap MyLife, Inc from July 2011 to December 2011. Here, they identified and recruited talented software engineers and developers for user-generated content and social media applications.

In addition, Dan has experience in nonprofit organizations. Dan worked as the Manager of Enrollment and Match at Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern PA from March 2008 to May 2011, where they managed teams responsible for volunteer and client enrollment and successfully matched hundreds of individuals. Dan also held roles as Enrollment and Match Team Leader and Enrollment and Match Specialist, where they supervised mentoring programs and exceeded recruitment targets.

Dan Krupansky attended Randolph-Macon College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Sociology. Prior to college, they completed their high school education at West Chester East. Apart from their formal education, Dan Krupansky has also obtained various certifications including Heartsaver - CPR, AED and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in July 2014, a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS in January 2013, and a Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS in December 2012.
