Jamie Norris has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. They began as a Personal Assistant at Values into Action, where they assisted individuals with disabilities and provided behavioral support. In 2014, they worked as a Pharmacy Technician at DOYLESTOWN DRUGS LLC, preparing medications and maintaining records. They also worked as a Veterinary Technician at LUDWIGS CORNER VETERINARY HOSPITAL, LLC, performing laboratory procedures, preparing animals for surgery, and operating X-ray machines. In 2015, they interned as an Analytical and Development Intern at Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc., assisting in oncology research and organizing paperwork. They also interned as an Early Childhood Cognition and Emotions Lab Intern at Kaleidoscope Preschool, where they provided classroom support, administered assessments, and assisted with workshops. Additionally, they worked as a Veterinary Technician at Chester County Cat Hospital, performing laboratory procedures and monitoring vital signs during surgery. In 2017, they joined PrimePay as a Broker Success Specialist, providing customer service to brokers. They later became a Client Service Manager, Onboarding, overseeing enrollment services and mentoring a team. Currently, Jamie Norris holds the position of a Client Service Manager, Operations at PrimePay.

Jamie Norris obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Jamie attended Penn State Abington from 2011 to 2012, although no degree was obtained during this time. Jamie completed their high school education at Philadelphia High School for Girls, where they received a Diploma in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Jamie obtained the Concussion Awareness Training Tool (CATT) from the BC Injury Research and Prevention Unit in February 2020. They also received RAMP Server/Seller Training from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board in August 2018, and became a Flexible Compensation Specialist (FCS) through ECFC in August 2019.
