Jill Molnar

Jill Molnar has extensive experience in electrical design and quality assurance within the utility sector, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Constellation since July 2025. Prior roles include Electrical Distribution Design at Sargent & Lundy, where Jill has been employed since May 2018, and Electrical Physical Design at Exelon Nuclear since September 2014. Jill's expertise encompasses project management and engineering in the ComEd distribution spacer cable program and utility distribution design for various companies, including Primera Engineering and ENTRUST Solutions Group. Notable accomplishments include leading voltage optimization projects and achieving significant cost reductions in gas infrastructure projects during earlier roles. Jill holds a degree from the Commonwealth Edison Electrical Engineering Program.
