Jeff D.

Jeff D. has extensive experience in both financial services and law enforcement. Since September 2021, Jeff has served as a District Leader and previously as a Financial Services Representative at Primerica, focusing on helping families achieve financial independence and security. Jeff holds a Minnesota Life Insurance Producer license and specializes in financial needs analysis and debt solutions. In addition, Jeff has been with the City of Plymouth since September 2003, progressing through various roles including Investigative Supervisor, Police Sergeant, Investigator, School Resource Officer, and Patrol Officer. This experience encompasses leading investigative teams, consulting on safety measures, managing critical incidents, and conducting complex criminal investigations. Jeff D. has advanced education in criminal justice, including a Master’s degree from St. Cloud State University and participation in the FBI National Academy.
