Thom Pool has extensive experience in the financial services industry, serving as Regional Vice President and Senior Regional Leader at Primerica since December 1985. Beginning as a part-time employee in Great Bend, Kansas, Thom transitioned to full-time work in January 2000, relocating to Wichita.
