Wayne Starr has extensive experience in financial education and planning, currently serving as a Regional Leader and Investment Advisor Representative at Primerica Financial Services since 2008. Prior to this, Wayne held positions such as Senior Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group and Director of Information Services for the Hamilton County Board of Education. Wayne earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Oakland University. Additionally, Wayne is a certified six sigma blackbelt.
