Deepak Kumar began their career in 2003 as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Mphasis. In this role, they were a member of the Central Quality Team and Training. In 2006, they moved to Dell as a Senior Customer Support Analyst, where they were responsible for report management for clients and internal reports. In 2008, they joined Microsoft India Global Technical Support Centre as a Duty Manager. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at RiddhiITSolutions Pvt. Ltd as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for operational responsibilities, team management, and ownership of delivery of services to all clients. In 2017, they joined Primesoft Inc as a Manager Operations, where they oversaw the customization, integration and implementation of clinical trial management products, building subject registry, electronic informed consent, electronic patient reported outcome and ambulatory care management systems. Deepak also managed and oversaw production support, lead, team management and project plan creation and maintenance.
Deepak Kumar attended the University of Mysore and obtained a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree.
