Alan Sneider

Alan Sneider is the Director of Sustainability at Primestor Development, where they have been since 2021. Previously, they held roles as Director of Acquisitions and Associate at the same company from 2018 to 2020. Prior to joining Primestor Development, Alan served as an Investment Analyst at Laurus Corporation from 2016 to 2018, focusing on underwriting various investments and performing cost budgeting for office renovations and hotel improvements. Alan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Cities & Communities from Harvard Extension School, along with a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University School of Professional Studies.
