Matthew Owens is an experienced professional in project management and community engagement, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager, Development Associate, and Property Management Administrator at Primestor Development since March 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at Chapman University, focusing on student well-being and community-building initiatives, and as a Lead Cross Cultural Assistant, where Matthew supervised a team and facilitated events centered on environmental and social justice issues. Earlier career roles include a Bookkeeper at Recording.LA, where Matthew handled financial statements and tax research, and an intern at TSC Enterprise LLC, assisting with audits. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.
