Chuck Goode has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. CHUCK began their career as a Distributor Sales Representative at The Stanley Works in 1972, eventually being promoted to District Manager. From 1983 to 1987, Goode served as a District Manager at Rust-Oleum, overseeing sales and marketing efforts in the NJ, Eastern PA, and DE markets. CHUCK then managed several retail electronics and appliance operations as General Manager at Silo from 1989 to 1995.
Following their time at Silo, Goode worked as an Industrial Sales Manager at Solo, Inc. for ten years, where they were responsible for the growth of the industrial sales division. During this time, they developed and implemented product, pricing, and promotional strategies. From 2011 onwards, Goode established their own publishing company, Goode God Publishing Company, where they served as President and was responsible for product, brand, and web development.
In 2012, Goode joined Dominion Enterprises - Homes.com Mortgage Division, initially as a National Account Manager and later as a Key Accounts & Training Manager. In these roles, they provided marketing solutions to lender partners and facilitated connections between lenders and potential homebuyers.
Most recently, Goode worked at PrimeStreet, where they held the positions of Key Accounts Manager and Head of Business Development. At PrimeStreet, Goode partnered with real estate brokers to enhance agent support through effective marketing services. Through the company's proprietary app, they matched agents with home buyers and sellers in need of their services.
Chuck Goode attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1967 to 1972, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. CHUCK'sstudies focused on marketing and finance.
