John Bacher

John Bacher is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the bearings industry. Currently serving as Manager of Bearings at Primetals Technologies since January 2015, John oversees all business, engineering, and procurement functions related to the Bearings Division, achieving financial forecasting and budgeting goals. Prior roles include Manager of the Bearings Division at Siemens from July 2013 to February 2020 and Manager of the Bearings Division at Service Guide Incorporated from January 2011 until its acquisition by Siemens in June 2013. John's engineering expertise is further supported by previous positions as a Mechanical Engineer at Service Guide Incorporated and HBD Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included the design of bearing components and custom electric motors. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kent State University, earned in 2005.
