Ron Ingram

VP Supply Chain & Continuous Improvement at Primient

Ron Ingram has extensive work experience in supply chain management, operations, and continuous improvement. Ron is currently the VP Supply Chain & Continuous Improvement at Primient since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked for Tate & Lyle as the VP Supply Chain - NOAM from December 2017 to February 2022. Before that, Ron held various roles at Caterpillar Inc. including Facility Manager, Supply Chain Manager, CPS Deployment Champion, Factory Product Manager, Logistics Manager, and Master Black Belt - Six Sigma. Ron started working at Caterpillar Inc. in 1997 as a Design Engineer - Structural and later as a Design Engineer - Powertrain.

Ron Ingram earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the period from 1990 to 1994. In 2003, they acquired a certification as a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma from Caterpillar Inc. Ron went on to complete an MBA from Millikin University in 2004. Later in their career, they pursued an Executive MBA in the Caterpillar-Stanford Digging Deep Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing it in 2013. Additionally, Ron obtained a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS in 2012.
