Andy Headding

Andy Headding is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as President of Primus Companies since April 2022 and as a Franchise Owner at Fitaholic Fitness since October 2019, Andy has a proven track record in executive roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Nottingham Construction from October 2017 to April 2022, where strategic growth initiatives were emphasized. Additional roles include Planning Commissioner for the City of Champlin, Director/Consultant at CliftonLarsonAllen, and various project management positions at Sherman Associates and Adolfson & Peterson Construction. Andy holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Strategy from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Construction from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
